Following the removal of a blood clot from his brain he passed away in Tigres, Argentina. Argentina lost its 'Golden boy'.
Living in Brazil it was all but natural for me to get attracted to soccer. Although living for 3 to 4 times more in the USA, I am not thrilled by American Football.
He was mercurial, he was here near the goal post, next moment he is on the other goal post snaking his way and dodging his attackers. Attackers were always after him in any match.
It was pure joy seeing him move in the field. What a loss!
