MSChart20.ocx was an ActiveX control that you used then (before 2007) in your Visual Basic Programs. Now with ASP.NET 3.5 you will be using the MS Chart control, a totally different control in your Visual Studio applications. Of course you referenced Microsoft Chart Control 6.0(SP4)(OLEDB) then, but now you will need to install MSChart.exe and do few other things.
